Don't forget. To book your flight, Go to Crew Login, login and then select "Schedule". Select the departure and destination cities. Book your flight then launch the VA Base ACARS system. You MUST book your flight first for it to show in ACARS. Add your flightplan route and you should be good to start your flight.

Once you've booked a flight to work, you have 6 hours to begin the flight before it goes back to inactive. So, be sure you'll be ready to fly very soon after you schedule your flight! Have a GREAT flight!
