FYI - Lost Connection To Sim

Sometimes there can be issues with the connection to flight simulators, whether it is due to an internet connection glitch or one with the sim itself. If you should happen to receive an ACARS message that says "Lost to connection to sim" you may be tempted to end the flight. However, VaBase has designed its ACARS system to attempt to promptly reconnect to the sim and will continue to do so for at least 5 minutes. One way to check to see if you have been reconnected is to look for your flight on the map in ACARS and here on the Flight Center. If you are still there your sim has managed to reconnect.
